Company History
JATEX was founded in 1992, and established itself as a family owned and operated business, specializing in precision
machined  products for the orthopedic industry.  From the very first day, the emphasis has been placed on providing
Quality Products, at Fair Prices, with Timely Delivery.

Since that time, the company has grown from a small entrepreneurship into a major supplier of both implants and
instruments for the general orthopedic and spinal industries.  Our company now occupies over 14,000 square feet, and
utilizes state of the art programming, manufacturing, finishing, and inspection equipment.

Quality System
Our quality system has been reviewed and approved by numerous companies in the orthopedic industry, and we currently
maintain approved supplier status with many significant members of the orthopedic community.

In December of 2005, we completed formal registration of our Quality Management System to the ISO 9001:2000
standard, in an effort to continuously improve the level of service we provide to our customers.
